When the Galvin/Zander shift took place, there was a very small window of opportunity to save this once proud firm, but that window slammed shut about six months into Zander's tenure.
Those who deal with MOT employees know what I'm talking about. Even after the considerable downsizing of the past 8 years, MOT still retains thousands of thousands of totally unproductive employees. Even the vast trove of tech knowledge that once infused the company is now watered down from the top by people like Warrior, who wouldn't know a new idea if it hit her in the forehead. MOT is history.
