Barter Trade Swap So I have a time share in Steamboat which is a floating Red Week. Its paid off and dues are up to date. Can still use your week this summer or until October. Every year… It can be split between a 7 day trip or 2 mini vacations like a 3 and 4 day stay in the Steamboat Resort. You can also trade with in RCI for just about anywhere in the world. I was not planning on selling it until I just got a call from some time share resale company and said it was valued at 20k. I would sell it in a New York minute for half that or consider trades with a value of 5k plus like..(a new roof, used car/van/camper, landscaping like sod my backyard or install sprinkler system, install several large trees, new HVAC system, new driveway, install hardwood floors, granite counter tops or ????? ) I would also consider cash/trade just to use this years vacation week….google Legacy Resorts in Steamboat for photos and additional information….if you are interested just shoot me an offer……
