I think you mis understand, Quality parametrs at each stage are quite different, for the Quality of an architecture to be measured what is the KPI that you would set? TCO – right and at that point in time if you commit this is what we will meet the QA Correspondent would see and agree.
Always in Core Technology the person agreeing to the Design/Architecure needs to be such an expert who is revred and really knowledgable, in the same technology.
What you talk about is testing, even which is considerably a monotonous job, but the core should be testing the functionality.
You are right when you say no single team can make sure that the quality should be met but we should all have the Quality aspect imbibed in us and also have a simliar definition.
Bigger organizations do not buy expensive software products until they do their own TEsting on the propected software.
It is one thing similar to going to a 5 star hotel and not liking the service and saying the quality is not good, but it is a 5 star hotel !
Quality in the end is just a feeling, so we should just develop this feeling, a sense to a product/service like seeing/listening is to us. irrespective of all the process that we put in place.

Hope it works. It depends on how the software was designed and coded… if the programmer used some hard-coded keywords like “youtube” “watch?” etc. it will not work… I don't think it's the case. Let's check it out!
Cowdray Park House has been removed from the Knight Frank website, apparently on 16 December, surprisingly after only about 3 months for sale. I don't think that it has been sold, so it may have been withdrawn for winter. Although Knight Frank has just listed another large Victorian country house in West Sussex, Lock House, built in 1900 with Art Deco features and Grade II listed, but with only 25 acres of the Lock Estate for £7m (brochure), which is also for sale by Hamptons International. Or if Gucci is more your style, then the just sold Normans Estate, also in West Sussex, in 28 acres and asking £4.75m, was the home of Paolo Gucci (grandson of the founder) in the 1980's when the family had its high profile squabbles (brochure).
It depends which hall you want to live in. In the Villages (where I live- I recommend it!) and the other suites, the beds are double beds. In Wentz (where David lives), Stout, and Drummond (the female counterpart of Kerr, where Kyle lives), the beds are extra long twins. I'll try and get up some pictures of my room, but if you go to reslife.okstate.edu you can do a quick tour of some of the rooming options. Also, you might consider doing a reslife tour to check out the different rooming options. That way, you'll have the opportunity to check out the different halls and the rooms, as well as get an idea on the size.
