Now I'll keep an ear out for my bearings. One annoying noise that comes and goes with my new motor is the belt slipping off the pulley in the back. The repair tech told me that the new motor has a different torque than the old motor and can cause this squeaking sound from the belt. He said nothing to worry about as it's only an annoying sound. Hey guys! I am SO jealous … we want to be there! At this rate it's gonna be tough to catch up with you but glad to see you're making such great progress. We are too, though of a different kind. The new motor is almost ready to put in, the rigger is coming on Monday, and we're hoping to be ready to push off by Dec. 1. [Know anyone who needs a fabulous rebuilt Albin transmission?????? We could use some cash to offset all these unexpected costs :( ]

Keep the updates coming and we'll (hopefully) see you soon!

The [EPA] Administrator shall by regulation prescribe (and from time to time revise) in accordance with the provisions of this section, standards applicable to the emission of any air pollutant from any class or classes of new motor vehicles or new motor vehicle engines, which in his judgment cause, or contribute to, air pollution which may reasonably be anticipated to endanger public health or welfare .

has effect only when the EPA decides to regulate. It imposes a continuing obligation. If the EPA believes that greehouse gasses endanger public welfare, it has to do something. It may not be exactly what is requested, but it must be something.]]>
